HelpMeMarketing Inc. is a healthcare-only marketing agency. We're the data controller for information collected through this website and for the services we provide to clinic and practice clients.
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email, practice name, optional website URL, the services you're interested in, and any message you choose to send. We do not ask for, and do not want, any Protected Health Information (PHI) or patient data through this site.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare for an introductory call, and — if we work together — to deliver the services you've asked for. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Under PIPEDA (Canada), PHIPA (Ontario), GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California), you can access, correct, delete or export your personal information at any time. Email hello@helpmemarketing.com and we'll act within 30 days.
For engagements involving Protected Health Information we sign a Business Associate Agreement (US) or equivalent Data Processing Agreement (Canada/EU) before any technical integration begins. All internal systems are access-controlled with MFA, and sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
