We provide marketing services to healthcare practices — including SEO, paid media, website design, social, reputation management and patient retention — under a monthly retainer described in a separate statement of work.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your practice, for obtaining any licences or regulatory approvals your services require, and for reviewing creative and copy before it goes live.
Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise stated. Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. Fees for the current billing month remain payable.
On full payment, deliverables produced specifically for you (copy, designs, ad creative) become yours. Our underlying frameworks, playbooks, internal tools and aggregated benchmarks remain ours.
Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid in the six months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — marketing results depend on many factors beyond any agency's control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
